1. SERVICE: SemsTrend provides trend-signal analysis for e-commerce categories. The results are NOT INVESTMENT/BUSINESS ADVICE; decisions and outcomes belong to the user. 2. ACCESS: During the early-access period, the service is available only to authorized users. You may not share your account with third parties. 3. SUBSCRIPTIONS: Paid plans are sold as monthly subscriptions through the App Store / Google Play. Renewals are managed through your store account. The Business Pro, Omnibus and Omnibus Scale plans are sold separately through our enterprise sales channel with invoicing. 4. FAIR USE: Daily run limits apply per plan. Access may be suspended if automated abuse is detected. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All rights in the app, brand, and algorithms are reserved (SemsTrend / SEMS Sustainable Technologies). 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The service is provided "as is"; no liability is accepted for outcomes arising from interruptions in data sources (search/social APIs).
